Modality of processing

The Controller processes the User's Personal Data using the appropriate safety measures to prevent unauthorized access, dissemination, modification and destruction of the Personal Data.
The processing is carried out via computer and/or telematic devices, with an organization modality and a logic strictly correlated by the indicated purposes. Apart from the Controller, in some cases, the access to the Data could be permitted to categories involved in the website organization (administration, commercial, marketing and legal staff, system administrators) that is, external subjects (like suppliers of third party technical services, postal couriers, hosting providers, computing companies, communications agencies) also nominated, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller.

The User, filling it the contact application form with his/her Data, agrees to their usage in order to reply to requests for information, for estimate, or for anything else mentioned in the heading of the form.

The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyze the traffic Data and their used to keep track of the User’s behavior.

Google Analytics (Google)

Google Analytics is a web analysis system provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google used the collected Personal Data with the aim of tracking and examining the use of this Application, fill in reports and share them with the other Google-provided services.

Google could use the Personal Data to contextualize and customize the advertisement of its own advertising network.

We once again remind the User that going back to the home page and starting the surfing, he/she is anyway indicating his/her will to enable cookies. User’s exercise of rights

The subjects to which the Personal Data refer have at all times the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or non-existence of these Data at the Data Controller’s; to know its content and origin; to verify its correctness or demand its integration, cancellation, updating, adjustment, transformation into private form or the blockage of the Personal Data processed violating the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. Changes to this privacy policy

The Data Controller reserves his right to produce changes to the present privacy policy at any time making it known to the Users of this page. Thus, please frequently look up this page, referring to the latest date of modification indicate at the bottom of the page. In case of missing acceptance of the changes produced to the present privacy policy, the User is bound to stop using this Application and may request the Data Controller to remove his/her Personal Data.
