In the Abondance Valley – just behind Thonon – France, an ancient rural building dating from 1879 was brought to light.
We’re in Châtel, and this property benefits from a magnificent panoramic view on the surrounding valley. The zone belongs to the skiing district Les Portes du Soleil, that with its installments allow the visitors to ski on 130 kilometers of slopes in an exciting and natural context.
The village is particularly suggestive: the process of anthropization always respected the specificity of the existing constructions, making changes almost exclusively to improve the comfort of these structures.
